Hồ Chí Minh. ■ Mô tả công việc Trưởng nhóm thiết kế chịu trách nhiệm định hướng sáng tạo cho thương hiệu/sản phẩm của khách hàng, từ thiết kế quảng cáo số, thiết kế web đến UX/UI, phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đội Account, Sales và Dev. • Đưa ra các ý tưởng sáng tạo chủ đạo (key creative ideas) cho thương hiệu hoặc sản phẩm • Nắm bắt yêu cầu của khách hàng và đề xuất định hướng sáng tạo • Sáng tạo nội dung thiết kế cho quảng cáo số: bài đăng Facebook, banner quảng cáo, key visual, banner GDN, thương mại điện tử (Lazada, Shopee…) và toàn bộ thiết kế đồ họa cho marketing online/offline • Định hướng sáng tạo cho thiết kế web (brand site, corporate site, landing page) và hỗ trợ Web designer • Phối hợp với designer và đội phát triển để xác định và triển khai các giải pháp sáng tạo về định hướng sản phẩm, hình ảnh và trải nghiệm người dùng (UX/UI) • Làm việc với các đội Account, Sales, Dev để mang đến thiết kế sáng tạo đúng concept khách hàng mong muốn • Thiết kế và chỉnh sửa hình ảnh theo yêu cầu của khách hàng đến khi được duyệt • Đề xuất và chia sẻ thông tin để cải tiến vận hành • Các công việc khác được giao (bao gồm triển khai biển hiệu, tổ chức sự kiện), có thể thiết kế tài liệu cho các mục đích khác ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 1–2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned technology company engaged in system development and digital solutions, with its office in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. ■ Job responsibilities The Lead Designer sets the creative direction for clients' brands and products, covering digital advertising design, web design and UX/UI, working closely with the Account, Sales and Dev teams. • Generate key creative ideas for brands or products • Understand client requirements and propose creative policies • Create designs for digital advertising: Facebook posts, ad banners, key visuals, GDN banners, e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee, etc.) and all graphic design for online/offline marketing • Set the creative direction for web design (brand sites, corporate sites, landing pages) and support web designers • Collaborate with designers and the development team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals and user experience (UX/UI) • Work with the Account, Sales and Dev teams to deliver innovative designs matching clients' desired concepts • Design and adjust images according to client requirements until artwork is approved • Make proposals and share information to improve operations • Other duties as assigned from time to time (including signage implementation and event organization), which may include creating assets for other purposes ■ Selection process 1–2 interview rounds.
