Hồ Chí Minh. ■ Mô tả công việc Chúng tôi tìm kiếm Nhân viên thiết kế nội thất tài năng, chủ động để gia nhập đội ngũ. Vị trí đảm nhận toàn bộ chu trình thiết kế và thi công – từ tư vấn ban đầu với khách hàng đến bàn giao dự án. Ứng viên phù hợp là người tỉ mỉ, sáng tạo và giao tiếp hiệu quả với khách hàng, nhà thầu và các bộ phận nội bộ: • Họp với khách hàng để nắm bắt yêu cầu dự án và mong muốn về thiết kế • Khảo sát, đánh giá hiện trạng tại công trình • Lập mặt bằng bố trí, bản vẽ kỹ thuật và tài liệu trình bày (presentation) • Lập dự toán chi phí và đề xuất (proposal) • Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị và thực hiện hợp đồng • Kiểm tra công trình để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng thi công • Quản lý bàn giao và hoàn tất dự án • Phối hợp với nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp và các bên liên quan trong suốt vòng đời dự án ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 1–2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview An interior design and fit-out company in Ho Chi Minh City. ■ Job responsibilities We are looking for a talented and proactive Interior Designer to join our team. The role covers the full cycle of design and construction, from the initial client consultation to project handover. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative and able to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and internal teams: • Meet clients to understand project requirements and design preferences • Conduct on-site surveys and assessments • Create layout plans, technical drawings and presentation materials • Prepare cost estimates and proposals • Support the preparation and execution of contracts • Conduct site inspections to ensure project progress and quality • Manage project handover and final delivery • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle ■ Selection process 1–2 interview rounds.
