Hồ Chí Minh. ■ Mô tả công việc Vị trí Senior Developer tham gia toàn bộ vòng đời phát triển ứng dụng web trên nền tảng Ruby on Rails, đồng thời dẫn dắt kỹ thuật và hỗ trợ các thành viên trong nhóm: • Thiết kế, phát triển, kiểm thử, triển khai và vận hành ứng dụng web bằng Ruby on Rails • Dẫn dắt phát triển tính năng mới và cải tiến các chức năng hiện có • Tối ưu hiệu năng, tối ưu hạ tầng và xử lý nợ kỹ thuật (technical debt) • Thực hiện code review, góp phần cải tiến quy trình phát triển và chuẩn coding • Xây dựng và duy trì CI/CD pipeline để phát hành, triển khai hiệu quả • Thiết kế và vận hành kiến trúc microservices khi cần thiết • Thiết kế database schema và tối ưu hiệu năng truy vấn SQL • Phối hợp liên chức năng với Product Manager, Designer và các Engineer • Kèm cặp, hỗ trợ các kỹ sư junior và middle • Cập nhật công nghệ mới và chia sẻ kiến thức trong nhóm ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 2–3 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned software and web service company with a development office in Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City. ■ Job responsibilities The Senior Developer will work across the full lifecycle of Ruby on Rails web applications, while providing technical leadership and supporting team members: • Design, develop, test, deploy and operate web applications using Ruby on Rails • Lead the development of new features and the improvement of existing functionality • Handle performance tuning, infrastructure optimization and technical debt • Conduct code reviews and help improve development workflows and coding standards • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery and deployment • Design and operate microservices architectures when necessary • Design database schemas and optimize SQL query performance • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers • Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers • Keep up with the latest technologies and share knowledge within the team ■ Selection process 2–3 interview rounds.
