Môi trường làm việc theo mô hình startup, đội ngũ phát triển gồm quản lý người Nhật và kỹ sư người Việt. ■ Mô tả công việc Chúng tôi tìm kiếm IT Communicator kiêm Điều phối sản phẩm – cầu nối quan trọng giữa quản lý phát triển người Nhật và kỹ sư người Việt, đảm bảo sự phối hợp đa văn hóa suôn sẻ và dự án được triển khai hiệu quả. ▶ 1. Phiên dịch & điều phối phát triển • Phiên dịch và điều phối công việc giữa quản lý phát triển người Nhật và kỹ sư người Việt • Hỗ trợ giao tiếp trong các cuộc họp phát triển, bao gồm định nghĩa yêu cầu (requirements definition) và lên kế hoạch đặc tả (specification) • Phiên dịch và hỗ trợ điều phối giữa Giám đốc chi nhánh người Nhật và nhân viên người Việt ▶ 2. Tuyển dụng kỹ sư • Quản lý quy trình tuyển dụng kỹ sư: soạn mô tả công việc (JD), sàng lọc CV, sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn ▶ 3. Customer Success • Phụ trách hoạt động Customer Success cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp: tiếp nhận và phản hồi yêu cầu, thu thập ý kiến và vấn đề của khách hàng • Chia sẻ phản hồi của khách hàng với đội ngũ sản phẩm, đóng góp ý tưởng cải tiến và phát triển tính năng mới ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 1–2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned technology company (software product development), currently in the process of establishing its legal entity in Ho Chi Minh City. Startup-style environment with Japanese development managers and Vietnamese engineers. ■ Job responsibilities We are seeking an IT Communicator & Product Coordinator to serve as a vital bridge between Japanese development managers and Vietnamese engineers, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and efficient project execution. ▶ 1. Interpretation & development coordination • Interpret and coordinate between Japanese development managers and Vietnamese engineers • Support effective communication in development meetings, including requirements definition and specification planning • Provide interpretation and coordination support between the Japanese branch director and Vietnamese staff ▶ 2. Engineer recruitment • Manage the engineer recruitment process: job description creation, CV screening, interview scheduling ▶ 3. Customer success • Handle customer success operations for corporate clients: responding to inquiries, gathering customer feedback and issues • Share customer feedback with the product team and contribute ideas to improve the product and develop new features ■ Selection process 1–2 interview rounds.
