Hồ Chí Minh. ■ Mô tả công việc Hỗ trợ Quản lý người Nhật giám sát hoạt động của hệ thống cửa hàng, đồng thời là cầu nối giữa nhân viên cửa hàng và Ban quản lý. • Kiểm tra (audit) cửa hàng định kỳ, đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn công ty, hướng dẫn trưng bày (VMD) và quy trình vận hành • Tham gia phỏng vấn, đánh giá và tư vấn cho nhân viên • Hỗ trợ Quản lý người Nhật theo dõi hiệu quả kinh doanh của cửa hàng và triển khai các hoạt động cải tiến • Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển nhân viên cửa hàng khi cần • Làm cầu nối giao tiếp giữa nhân viên cửa hàng và Ban quản lý • Lập báo cáo về tình hình cửa hàng, ý kiến nhân viên và kế hoạch cải tiến • Hỗ trợ công việc hành chính và các công việc khác theo phân công của Ban quản lý ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 2–3 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned footwear and fashion retail company operating a chain of stores in Ho Chi Minh City. ■ Job responsibilities Support the Japanese managers in overseeing store operations and act as the bridge between store staff and management. • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards, visual merchandising guidelines and operating procedures • Participate in staff interviews, evaluations and consultations • Assist the Japanese managers in monitoring store performance and implementing improvement initiatives • Support recruitment, training and development of store staff when needed • Act as a communication bridge between store employees and management • Prepare reports on store conditions, employee feedback and improvement plans • Provide administrative support and perform other tasks assigned by management ■ Selection process 2–3 interview rounds.
