Hồ Chí Minh. ■ Mô tả công việc Nhà thiết kế nội thất giữ vai trò then chốt trong việc thiết kế, triển khai chi tiết và giám sát các dự án nội thất văn phòng: chuyển hóa nhu cầu của khách hàng thành giải pháp thiết kế, đảm bảo tính khả thi khi thi công, phối hợp với bộ phận kinh doanh/quản lý dự án và trong một số trường hợp thiết kế nội thất theo yêu cầu. • Phát triển ý tưởng thiết kế và bố trí mặt bằng (space planning) cho dự án nội thất văn phòng • Lập bản vẽ chi tiết (mặt bằng, mặt đứng, bố trí nội thất), bảng vật liệu và tài liệu thuyết trình • Đảm bảo thi công đúng ý đồ thiết kế: khảo sát công trường, theo dõi thi công và phối hợp với nhà thầu • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội kinh doanh / quản lý dự án để thiết kế phù hợp yêu cầu khách hàng và điều kiện thương mại • Thiết kế nội thất theo yêu cầu (custom furniture) khi cần • Quản lý hồ sơ dự án: thuyết minh kỹ thuật, tiến độ và phối hợp vật liệu • Giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh với các bộ phận nội bộ và có thể với khách hàng quốc tế ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 1–2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned company providing office interior design and fit-out services in Ho Chi Minh City. ■ Job responsibilities The Interior Designer plays a critical role in designing, detailing and supervising office interior projects – translating client needs into design, ensuring constructability, coordinating with sales/project management and, at times, designing custom furniture. • Develop design concepts and space planning for office interior projects • Prepare detailed drawings (floor plans, elevations, furniture layouts), material boards and presentation materials • Ensure construction follows the design intent: conduct site visits, monitor construction and coordinate with contractors • Work closely with the sales / project management team to align the design with client requirements and commercial constraints • Design custom furniture where needed • Manage project documentation: specifications, schedules and material coordination • Communicate in English with internal teams and potentially with international clients ■ Selection process 1–2 interview rounds.
