Hồ Chí Minh. ■ Mô tả công việc Chúng tôi tìm kiếm ứng viên năng động, chủ động cho vị trí Phiên dịch kiêm Hỗ trợ quản lý cửa hàng – cầu nối giao tiếp quan trọng giữa Quản lý người Nhật và đội ngũ nhân viên cửa hàng người Việt. Đây là vị trí phù hợp với ứng viên mong muốn phát triển lên vai trò lãnh đạo, được trực tiếp học hỏi về vận hành và quản lý cửa hàng dưới sự kèm cặp của Quản lý người Nhật. ▶ 1. Phiên dịch & giao tiếp • Phiên dịch chính xác giữa Quản lý người Nhật và nhân viên cửa hàng (Nhật – Việt) • Truyền đạt rõ ràng chính sách công ty, hướng dẫn vận hành và tiêu chuẩn phục vụ khách hàng • Hỗ trợ giao tiếp hằng ngày trong cửa hàng diễn ra suôn sẻ ▶ 2. Hỗ trợ vận hành cửa hàng • Hỗ trợ Quản lý người Nhật trong công tác quản lý và vận hành cửa hàng hằng ngày • Góp phần triển khai văn hóa công ty, tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ và quy trình vận hành • Đảm bảo nhân viên hiểu đúng và thực hiện tốt các chỉ đạo ▶ 3. Gắn kết & tạo động lực cho nhân viên • Thu thập ý kiến, phản hồi của nhân viên và báo cáo lên cấp quản lý • Hỗ trợ quản lý động lực, xây dựng môi trường làm việc tích cực • Làm cầu nối tăng cường sự tin tưởng và phối hợp giữa quản lý và nhân viên ▶ 4. Phát triển năng lực lãnh đạo • Học hỏi trực tiếp từ Quản lý người Nhật về quản lý cửa hàng, kỹ năng lãnh đạo và chiến lược vận hành • Từng bước đảm nhận thêm trách nhiệm, hướng tới vị trí Trưởng cửa hàng (Store Leader) trong tương lai ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 2–3 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned fashion retail company operating stores in Ho Chi Minh City. ■ Job responsibilities We are looking for a motivated, proactive Interpreter & Store Management Associate to serve as the key communication bridge between the Japanese Manager and the Vietnamese store staff. The role suits someone who aspires to grow into a leadership position and wants hands-on experience in store operations and management under the direct mentorship of a Japanese Manager. ▶ 1. Interpretation & communication • Provide accurate Japanese–Vietnamese interpretation between the Japanese Manager and store staff • Clearly convey company policies, operational guidelines and customer service standards • Support smooth day-to-day communication within the store ▶ 2. Store operations support • Assist the Japanese Manager with daily store management and operational tasks • Help implement company culture, service standards and operating procedures • Ensure instructions are well understood and executed by store members ▶ 3. Staff engagement & motivation • Collect feedback and opinions from store staff and report them to management • Support motivation management and help build a positive working environment • Act as a liaison to strengthen trust and collaboration between management and staff ▶ 4. Leadership development • Learn store management, leadership and operational strategy directly from the Japanese Manager • Gradually take on more responsibility, with the goal of becoming a Store Leader ■ Selection process 2–3 interview rounds.
