──────────────────── TIẾNG VIỆT ──────────────────── ■ Giới thiệu công ty Công ty khởi nghiệp (start-up) có văn phòng tại Quận 1, TP. Hồ Chí Minh, đang phát triển sản phẩm số cùng đội ngũ quản lý sản phẩm và kỹ sư. ■ Mô tả công việc UI/UX Designer phối hợp cùng Product Manager và đội ngũ kỹ sư để thiết kế trải nghiệm và giao diện người dùng, từ khâu thu thập yêu cầu, lên ý tưởng, dựng prototype đến cắt HTML/CSS. • Thu thập và đánh giá yêu cầu người dùng cùng Product Manager và kỹ sư • Thể hiện ý tưởng thiết kế bằng storyboard, sơ đồ quy trình (process flow) và sitemap • Thiết kế các thành phần giao diện đồ họa như menu, tab, widget • Thiết kế nút điều hướng trang và ô tìm kiếm • Xây dựng mockup và prototype UI thể hiện rõ chức năng và giao diện của website • Tạo các thiết kế đồ họa gốc (hình ảnh, phác thảo, bảng biểu) • Chuẩn bị và trình bày bản thiết kế nháp cho các nhóm nội bộ và các bên liên quan • Phát hiện và xử lý các vấn đề UX (ví dụ: tính tương thích/responsive) • Điều chỉnh bố cục dựa trên phản hồi của người dùng • Tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn thiết kế về font chữ, màu sắc và hình ảnh • Viết mã giao diện bằng HTML và CSS • Các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 1–2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A start-up company based in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, developing digital products with its product managers and engineers. ■ Job responsibilities The UI/UX Designer works with product managers and engineers to design user experiences and interfaces, from gathering requirements and ideation to prototyping and HTML/CSS coding. • Gather and evaluate user requirements with product managers and engineers • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps • Design graphical UI elements such as menus, tabs and widgets • Build page navigation buttons and search fields • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites function and look • Create original graphic designs (images, sketches and tables) • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) • Adjust layouts based on user feedback • Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors and images • Code interfaces in HTML and CSS • Other tasks assigned by the manager ■ Selection process 1–2 interview rounds.
