Vị trí làm việc tại nhà máy ở huyện Hải Hà, tỉnh Quảng Ninh. ■ Mô tả công việc Nhân viên quản lý sản xuất báo cáo trực tiếp cho Giám đốc người Nhật, phụ trách vận hành sản xuất phối hợp cùng nhà máy đối tác: • Chịu trách nhiệm vận hành sản xuất • Phối hợp với nhà máy đối tác • Chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng sản phẩm • Đảm bảo giao hàng đúng hạn • Lập báo cáo • Tham gia các cuộc họp • Các công việc khác theo phân công của Giám đốc Hỗ trợ di chuyển: Công ty có xe đưa đón từ Hà Nội hoặc Hải Dương và có thể hỗ trợ khách sạn từ Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu (chi tiết sẽ trao đổi khi phỏng vấn). ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 1–2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned textile and garment company belonging to a major Japanese group. The position is based at the factory in Hai Ha District, Quang Ninh Province. ■ Job responsibilities The Production Control Staff reports directly to the Japanese Director and manages production operations together with partner factories: • Take responsibility for production operations • Coordinate with partner factories • Take responsibility for product quality • Ensure on-time delivery • Prepare reports • Attend meetings • Other tasks assigned by the Director Commuting support: The company provides car transport from Hanoi or Hai Duong, and hotel accommodation from Monday to Friday may be provided (details to be discussed at the interview). ■ Selection process 1–2 interview rounds.
