Nhân Viên Hỗ Trợ Kinh Doanh Logistics (Tiếng Nhật N2) / Logistics Sales Support (Japanese N2)

──────────────────── TIẾNG VIỆT ──────────────────── ■ Giới thiệu công ty Công ty logistics vốn Nhật thuộc một tập đoàn vận tải lớn của Nhật Bản, cung cấp đa dạng dịch vụ giao nhận và logistics tại Việt Nam. ■ Mô tả công việc Phối hợp với bộ phận vận hành và đội ngũ kinh doanh để đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng và hỗ trợ mở rộng hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty. Bạn sẽ tham gia tìm kiếm và trao đổi với khách hàng, lập và gửi báo giá, đồng thời xử lý các yêu cầu báo giá từ công ty trong tập đoàn tại Nhật Bản: • Kiểm tra chi phí vận chuyển: hàng không (AIR), đường biển (OCEAN), xuyên biên giới (CBT) • Lập bản nháp báo giá (Quản lý kinh doanh sẽ quyết định giá bán/tỷ suất lợi nhuận) • Gửi báo giá cho khách hàng trong trường hợp khẩn cấp sau khi giá bán đã được phê duyệt • Soạn hợp đồng dịch vụ; lập hồ sơ xét duyệt tín dụng cho khách hàng mới • Phối hợp với các văn phòng nước ngoài của tập đoàn đối với các lô hàng theo điều kiện DDP/DDU hoặc giao đến sân bay/cảng biển • Kiểm tra quy định nhập khẩu và toàn bộ chứng từ cần thiết cho thủ tục hải quan nhập khẩu • Quản lý dịch vụ vận chuyển hàng mẫu (vận chuyển hàng lẻ theo kiện, xuất nhập khẩu hàng mẫu đứng tên cá nhân) • Đảm nhận vai trò kinh doanh đối với khách hàng Nhật Bản, hỗ trợ mảng thực phẩm Nhật Bản • Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý hoặc Ban Giám đốc ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese logistics company belonging to a major Japanese transportation group, offering a wide range of forwarding and logistics services in Vietnam. ■ Job responsibilities Work with the operations team and field sales to meet customer needs and support the company's business expansion. You will search for and communicate with customers, prepare and send quotations, and respond to quotation requests from the group company in Japan: • Check freight costs: AIR, OCEAN and CBT (cross-border transport) • Prepare draft quotations (the Sales Manager decides the selling rate/profit ratio) • Send quotations to customers in urgent cases after the selling rate is approved • Prepare service contracts; prepare credit approval for new customers • Coordinate with the group's overseas offices for DDP/DDU shipments or airport/seaport destinations • Check import regulations and all documents required for import customs clearance • Manage the sample transport service (parcel transport and sample import/export under personal name) • Take on a sales role for Japanese customers, supporting Japanese food-related business • Other tasks as requested by the Manager or the Board of Directors
