Hồ Chí Minh, quy mô khoảng 20–30 nhân viên. ■ Mô tả công việc Chúng tôi tìm kiếm Web Designer có thể dẫn dắt mảng thiết kế web của công ty: • Thiết kế website doanh nghiệp, website thương mại điện tử, landing page... • Xây dựng wireframe và bản thiết kế (design comp) • Thiết kế cấu trúc trang, bố cục màn hình chú trọng UI/UX • Thiết kế banner, icon, các tư liệu hình ảnh và chỉnh sửa ảnh • Coding HTML/CSS (tùy theo năng lực) • Triển khai responsive design (PC/smartphone) • Cập nhật, vận hành website và chỉnh sửa nội dung • Tạo và cập nhật trang bằng CMS (WordPress...) • Phối hợp với Director, Engineer và bộ phận Marketing • Tiếp nhận yêu cầu từ khách hàng hoặc nội bộ và đề xuất thiết kế • Đề xuất cải tiến chất lượng website, bao gồm phân tích truy cập • Các công việc khác liên quan đến sản xuất web Công cụ sử dụng • Thiết kế: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator • Coding: HTML, CSS, JavaScript ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 2–3 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned web design and production company in Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City, with around 20–30 employees. ■ Job responsibilities We are looking for a Web Designer who can lead the company's web design business: • Design corporate websites, e-commerce sites, landing pages, etc. • Create wireframes and design comps • Plan site structure and screen layouts with UI/UX in mind • Create banners, icons and other visual assets; retouch images • HTML/CSS coding (depending on skills) • Implement responsive design (PC/smartphone) • Update and operate websites and revise content • Build and update pages using CMS (e.g. WordPress) • Work with directors, engineers and the marketing team • Gather requirements from clients or internal teams and propose designs • Propose website quality improvements, including access analysis • Other tasks related to web production Tools • Design: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator • Coding: HTML, CSS, JavaScript ■ Selection process 2–3 interview rounds.
