──────────────────── TIẾNG VIỆT ──────────────────── ■ Giới thiệu công ty Công ty thương mại dệt may vốn Nhật, quản lý sản xuất sản phẩm tại các nhà máy ở Việt Nam theo yêu cầu của trụ sở chính tại Nhật Bản. ■ Mô tả công việc Làm việc tại văn phòng Quận 1, báo cáo trực tiếp cho Quản lý người Nhật, đóng vai trò kết nối giữa trụ sở Nhật Bản và nhà máy sản xuất. • Đi thăm nhà máy để quản lý chất lượng và thời gian sản xuất (lead time) • Nắm bắt thông số kỹ thuật (specification) từ trụ sở Nhật Bản và truyền đạt cho phía nhà máy • Họp với trụ sở Nhật Bản • Báo cáo cho Quản lý người Nhật • Các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 1–2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned textile trading company that manages production at factories in Vietnam based on requirements from its headquarters in Japan. ■ Job responsibilities Based at the District 1 office and reporting to a Japanese manager, you will act as the link between the Japan headquarters and the production factories. • Visit factories to manage quality and lead time • Understand specifications from the Japan headquarters and communicate them to the factory side • Attend meetings with the Japan headquarters • Report to the Japanese manager • Other tasks assigned by the manager ■ Selection process 1–2 interview rounds.
