──────────────────── TIẾNG VIỆT ──────────────────── ■ Giới thiệu công ty Công ty công nghệ đang xây dựng trung tâm phát triển blockchain tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Trung tâm phát triển các phần mềm nền tảng blockchain giúp khách hàng vận hành dịch vụ trên công nghệ sổ cái phân tán (DLT) như sàn giao dịch phi tập trung (DEX), ứng dụng phi tập trung (dApp) và hệ thống tài chính phi tập trung (DeFi). Đội ngũ làm việc theo phong cách toàn cầu, đa dạng, linh hoạt, ít thủ tục rườm rà và luôn cởi mở với ý tưởng mới. ■ Mô tả công việc Lập trình viên Blockchain (Senior) sẽ tham gia phát triển các sản phẩm blockchain tại trung tâm phát triển ở TP.HCM: • Phát triển node services, smart contract, wallet services và NFT • Phát triển ở cả tầng mạng (network layer) và tầng ứng dụng (application layer) • Tham gia toàn bộ vòng đời phát triển và triển khai sản phẩm: lên ý tưởng, phỏng vấn người dùng, lập kế hoạch, thiết kế, làm prototype, phát triển, phát hành và cải tiến liên tục • Thực hiện audit bảo mật cho smart contract, off-chain, hạ tầng mạng và front-end nhằm nâng cao độ an toàn của các ứng dụng phi tập trung • Làm việc với nhiều nền tảng blockchain khác nhau (Ethereum, Solana, Flow, Binance Chain, Avalanche…) • Front-end chủ yếu sử dụng TypeScript và React; kết hợp công nghệ mã nguồn mở và công cụ nội bộ phù hợp với từng bài toán; quản lý mã nguồn với GitHub Lưu ý: Sẵn sàng đi công tác đến địa điểm của khách hàng khi cần (ưu tiên ứng viên có thể đi công tác khoảng 25–50% thời gian; mức độ tùy theo nhóm và địa điểm). ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A technology company building a blockchain development center in Ho Chi Minh City. The center develops blockchain-based software that enables clients to run their services on distributed ledger technologies (DLT), such as decentralized exchanges (DEX), decentralized applications (dApps) and decentralized finance (DeFi) systems. You will join a diverse, agile and global team with minimal red tape, a laid-back culture and openness to new ideas. ■ Job responsibilities As a Senior Blockchain Developer at the Ho Chi Minh City development center, you will: • Develop node services, smart contracts, wallet services and NFTs • Work on both the network layer and the application layer • Take part in every stage of the product development and deployment lifecycle: ideation, user interviews, planning, design, prototyping, execution, shipping and iteration • Conduct smart contract, off-chain, networking and front-end security audits to strengthen the security of decentralized applications • Work across multiple blockchains (Ethereum, Solana, Flow, Binance Chain, Avalanche, etc.) • Front-end is built mainly with TypeScript and React, combined with open-source and internal technologies suited to each problem; GitHub and industry-standard build tooling Note: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (ability to travel 25–50% of the time is preferred; requirements vary by team and location). ■ Selection process 2 interview rounds.
