Hồ Chí Minh. ■ Mô tả công việc Chúng tôi tìm kiếm Kỹ sư Full-Stack có tay nghề cao (hình thức freelance) để dẫn dắt giai đoạn phát triển ban đầu của một ứng dụng kết nối (matching application) mới. Đây là dự án tập trung trong 1 tháng nhằm xây dựng MVP (Minimum Viable Product) hoặc các tính năng cốt lõi. Sau khi hoàn thành tốt giai đoạn 1 tháng và thể hiện năng lực, công ty mong muốn tiếp tục hợp tác lâu dài trong việc phát triển và bảo trì sản phẩm. • Phát triển end-to-end ứng dụng kết nối (Frontend & Backend) • Thiết kế và triển khai lược đồ cơ sở dữ liệu và API có khả năng mở rộng • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Quản lý dự án người Nhật để làm rõ yêu cầu và báo cáo tiến độ ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 1–2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned software development company in Ho Chi Minh City. ■ Job responsibilities We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer (freelance) to lead the initial development phase of a new matching application. This is a 1-month intensive project focused on building an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) or the key core features. Upon successful completion of this 1-month phase and demonstrated performance, we aim to extend the engagement into a long-term partnership for ongoing development and maintenance. • End-to-end development of the matching application (Frontend & Backend) • Design and implement scalable database schemas and APIs • Work closely with a Japanese Project Manager on requirements and progress reporting ■ Selection process 1–2 interview rounds.
