Hồ Chí Minh; vị trí này làm việc từ xa hoàn toàn (full remote). ■ Mô tả công việc BrSE đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa khách hàng Nhật Bản và đội ngũ phát triển, đồng thời trực tiếp quản lý dự án với vai trò Leader hoặc Project Manager. • Tham gia các dự án phát triển phần mềm cho thị trường Nhật Bản • Quản lý dự án với vai trò Leader hoặc Project Manager • Tìm hiểu, nắm bắt yêu cầu từ khách hàng • Lập và quản lý tiến độ phát triển • Soạn tài liệu đặc tả theo yêu cầu và giải thích chính xác cho khách hàng và các thành viên dự án • Review test case và kết quả kiểm thử để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm • Kiểm tra cuối cùng sản phẩm, đảm bảo đáp ứng đầy đủ yêu cầu • Các công việc khác theo phân công của Giám đốc ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 1–2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned software development company delivering projects for the Japanese market. The office is in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City; this position is fully remote. ■ Job responsibilities The BrSE bridges Japanese clients and the development team, and directly manages projects as a Leader or Project Manager. • Participate in software development projects for the Japanese market • Manage projects as a Leader or Project Manager • Understand and clarify customer requirements • Create and manage development schedules • Write specifications based on requirements and explain them accurately to clients and team members • Review test cases and test results to ensure product quality • Perform final product checks to ensure all requirements are met • Other tasks assigned by the Director ■ Selection process 1–2 interview rounds.
