──────────────────── TIẾNG VIỆT ──────────────────── ■ Giới thiệu công ty Công ty vốn Nhật tại Việt Nam hoạt động trong lĩnh vực nhân sự (tuyển dụng, giới thiệu việc làm) và dịch vụ phát triển IT cho khách hàng Nhật Bản. ■ Mô tả công việc IT Communicator làm việc từ xa toàn thời gian, hỗ trợ giao tiếp giữa phía khách hàng Nhật Bản và đội ngũ kỹ sư: • Tham gia các cuộc họp với phía Nhật Bản • Hỗ trợ kỹ sư với vai trò phiên dịch / biên dịch tiếng Nhật • Các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý Lưu ý: Ở giai đoạn đầu số lượng dự án IT chưa nhiều, vì vậy bạn có thể được giao thêm công việc trợ lý cho mảng kinh doanh nhân sự của công ty. Hình thức: Freelance, làm việc từ xa (có thể làm việc từ bất kỳ đâu tại Việt Nam). ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned company in Vietnam providing human resources services (recruitment and placement) and IT development services for Japanese clients. ■ Job responsibilities A fully remote IT Communicator who supports communication between Japanese clients and the engineering team: • Attend meetings with the Japan side • Support engineers as a Japanese interpreter / translator • Other tasks assigned by the manager Note: In the initial phase there are not many IT projects, so you may also be asked to work as an assistant for the company's HR/recruitment business. Employment: freelance, fully remote (work from anywhere in Vietnam). ■ Selection process 2 interview rounds.
