Hồ Chí Minh, đang có kế hoạch mở rộng hệ thống cửa hàng tại thành phố. ■ Mô tả công việc Chuyên viên thẩm định thực hiện định giá tài sản/hàng hóa, khảo sát thị trường và lập báo cáo thẩm định chuyên nghiệp. Sau khi gia nhập, bạn sẽ được Giám đốc người Nhật trực tiếp đào tạo: • Thực hiện thẩm định giá trị tài sản (bất động sản, thiết bị, hàng tồn kho hoặc tài sản khác) tùy theo nhu cầu kinh doanh • Kiểm tra thực tế, đo đạc và đánh giá tình trạng tài sản/hàng hóa • Nghiên cứu xu hướng thị trường, tài sản tương đương và các chuẩn mực của ngành • Phân tích dữ liệu tài chính, hồ sơ và các thông tin liên quan để đảm bảo độ chính xác của kết quả thẩm định • Lập báo cáo thẩm định chuyên nghiệp theo quy định của pháp luật và tiêu chuẩn ngành • Trao đổi kết quả và đưa ra nhận định về giá trị cho khách hàng, Ban lãnh đạo hoặc các bộ phận liên quan • Thường xuyên cập nhật kiến thức về phương pháp thẩm định, quy định pháp luật và tình hình thị trường • Tuân thủ chính sách công ty, đạo đức nghề nghiệp và các tiêu chuẩn bảo mật ■ Lộ trình phát triển Công ty dự định mở rộng thêm cửa hàng tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh, với lộ trình: Nhân viên cửa hàng → Cửa hàng trưởng → Quản lý khu vực. ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 1–2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-owned company in Ho Chi Minh City planning to expand its store network in the city. ■ Job responsibilities The Appraiser values assets/items, researches the market and prepares professional valuation reports. After joining, you will receive training directly from the Japanese Director: • Conduct valuations of assets such as real estate, equipment, inventory or other property depending on business needs • Perform on-site inspections, measurements and condition assessments • Research market trends, comparable assets and industry benchmarks • Analyze financial data, documents and other relevant information to ensure valuation accuracy • Prepare professional valuation reports in accordance with local regulations and industry standards • Communicate findings and provide valuation insights to clients, management or related departments • Keep up to date with valuation methodologies, legal requirements and market conditions • Ensure compliance with company policies, professional ethics and confidentiality standards ■ Career path The company plans to open more stores in Ho Chi Minh City, with a career path of: Store Staff → Store Manager → Area Manager. ■ Selection process 1–2 interview rounds.
