──────────────────── TIẾNG VIỆT ──────────────────── ■ Giới thiệu công ty Công ty tư vấn vốn Nhật, triển khai các dự án SAP cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp. ■ Mô tả công việc Tham gia các dự án SAP (triển khai mới, roll-out, phát triển, AMS) với vai trò lập trình viên ABAP, Trưởng nhóm kỹ thuật hoặc BrSE – từ đề xuất giải pháp, viết đặc tả kỹ thuật, lập trình đến kiểm thử đơn vị: • Đề xuất giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp dựa trên yêu cầu và tài liệu đặc tả chức năng (FS) • Viết đặc tả kỹ thuật, lập trình và thực hiện Unit Test • Tham gia các buổi tư vấn cùng chuyên viên tư vấn nghiệp vụ (functional consultant) và người dùng cuối • Thực hiện demo kỹ thuật hoặc tư vấn kỹ thuật khi được yêu cầu • Thực hiện peer review nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình, hướng dẫn và biểu mẫu • Rà soát, hoàn thiện giải pháp và kết quả công việc của các thành viên trong dự án • Cam kết bàn giao giải pháp/sản phẩm đúng hạn với chất lượng cao • Tổ chức khóa đào tạo ABAP nội bộ cho nhân viên mới ■ Quy trình tuyển dụng 1–2 vòng phỏng vấn. ──────────────────── ENGLISH ──────────────────── ■ Company overview A Japanese-affiliated consulting firm delivering SAP projects for corporate clients. ■ Job responsibilities Join SAP projects (implementation, roll-out, development, AMS) as an ABAP Developer, Technical Leader or BrSE – from proposing solutions and writing technical specifications to coding and unit testing: • Propose appropriate technical solutions based on requirements and functional specifications (FS) • Write technical specifications, develop code and perform unit tests • Participate in consultation sessions with functional consultants and end users • Deliver technical demos or provide technical advice as requested • Conduct peer reviews to ensure adherence to processes, guidelines and templates • Review and finalize solutions and deliverables from project team members • Commit to delivering solutions/products on time and with high quality • Organize internal ABAP training courses for new employees ■ Selection process 1–2 interview rounds.
